bryan - 21:33
rox - 19:55, with a few extra reps on rounds two and three for good measure
drew - 15:45, no extra reps - i'd had enough

i'm a little fuzzy on the times, but this was close. bryan wants under 19 the next time around, I think I could drop it below 15, rox could easily get 16 doing an easier rep scheme
