6.16.08 - the bear

the bear -

5 db deadlift
5 db hang power clean
5 db thruster

repeated every minute on the minute for 20 min

suggested weight is 45% of body weight

drew (alone at 7am) - started with 50# db, dropped to 35# db, dnf
chad (alone at 11am) - 30# db (i think?), 12 rounds
jerry (alone in the evening) - #20 or 25# db, 20 rounds

chad mentioned this is certainly one of the rougher wod's.
